Adam was excellent from start to finish. His communication was great, and although he was busy, he still managed to come out the very next day to fix a small leak for me.
While he was here, he not only fixed the original leak but also spotted another one and sorted that too. He also helped resolve a couple of other issues we were having with the boiler pressure and hot water. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, and he took the time to explain what he was doing along the way.
Really reliable, very knowledgeable, and great communication throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. I am compiling a list of other jobs for him to do, and look forward to working with him more.

Adam has done numerous jobs for us over recent years, both at our current home in Timsbury and our previous one in Bath.
These have been completed to a very high standard indeed. In particular
1) Replacement of integral fitted shower mixer control. Really tricky job. Mixer unit embedded behind wall tiles. Absolutely no problem for him. Much commented on by family members
2) Kitchen tap replacement, new stop cock, replacement of sink plug mechanism and external waste pipe seal. All done really well in one morning visit.
The other thing with Adam is his reliability. He comes when he says we will and always sees the job through to completion without delay.
